Jeff Bandini brings more than 28 years of experience shaping public-private partnerships, institutional development strategies, and complex real estate and infrastructure projects. His work focuses on helping public and institutional owners make
high-stakes decisions that determine whether an initiative attracts the right partners, secures appropriate funding, and succeeds over time. With experience across public institutions and private-sector development, Jeff understands that governance, procurement, funding, and partner expectations must align for an alternative delivery approach to succeed.
Before founding Innovate P3, Jeff held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as Associate Vice Chancellor for Real Estate and Development at North Carolina State University. In that role, he led major development
initiatives, advanced complex partnerships, and oversaw a large, diverse real estate portfolio, giving him firsthand insight into institutional priorities.
At Innovate P3, Jeff works with clients to structure and advance projects that require coordination among institutional priorities, regulatory frameworks, and private-sector expectations and incentives.
